1）Three-phase common box structure, the arc extinguishing chamber adopts the combination of "thermal expansion + assisted blowing" and self-energy arc extinguishing
2）The arc extinguishing chamber is arranged vertically, and the metal particles generated by the opening and closing abrasion settle to the low field strength area at the bottom, effectively avoiding the possibility of insulation flashover caused by the metal particles;
3）Equipped with a spring operating mechanism to achieve oil-free and gas-free operation, higher operational reliability, and mechanical stability of the mechanism ≥10000 times;
4）Rated breaking current 40kA, full capacity breaking life ≥20 times;
5）According to the engineering application, the circuit breaker has the outgoing forms such as 匚shaped, Z-shaped, T-shaped and 十-shaped；
6）The structure is compact, the floor space is small, and the interval width is only 0.8m;
7）All shells are made of aluminum alloy casting, the product is lightweight, easy to be arranged on any floor, and the ground load is small;
8）Excellent breaking performance
The unique arc extinguishing system enables the circuit breaker to meet harsh operating conditions such as "near-area fault", "out-of-step breaking", "suitable for inductive and capacitive current". The breaking performance is excellent, and the first opening coefficient can reach 1.5, while meeting the requirements of different systems where the neutral point is directly grounded and the neutral point is insulated.
9）High reliability and safety
The stable and reliable primary structure, the application of the three-position isolating switch, the disc insulator with the metal outer ring, the high-quality cast aluminum alloy shell and the mechanical-electrical double interlock, not only make the product beautiful in appearance, but also reliable in grounding , No eddy current loss, large safety margin, can meet the test of temperature rise under 110% of rated current and 4 seconds of dynamic thermal stability.
10）Lower SF6 gas leakage rate
There are few sealing links, the SF6 gas monitoring system is simplified, and the multi-functional integrated self-sealing valve seat is adopted to minimize the possibility of SF6 gas leakage.
12）Compared with similar products, the rated parameters are higher, the inflation pressure is lower, the weight is lighter, the space is smaller, and the life is longer.
13）The modular design of building blocks allows flexible layout and easy expansion.
14）Easy installation, short installation cycle
The use of adjustable support parts makes the basic installation of GIS very convenient. The control and signal cables are connected with integrated connectors, which facilitates installation and maintenance to the greatest extent.
15）Lower working noise
