ZF41B-126 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) is a high-tech product developed by Tianan Electric with the introduction of Russian Lenin Institute of Electrical Engineering (VEI) mature technology for localized transformation, and won the first prize of Ningbo Key Industrial New Product. GIS directly connects electrical components such as circuit breakers, isolating switches, grounding switches, transformers, arresters, bus bars, bushings or cable terminals to each other. All components (except bushings) are placed in a grounded metal shell, and the shell is filled with SF6 gas with excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance. The product adopts technologies such as three-phase common box, three-station isolating switch and all-aluminum alloy shell. 1)Three-phase common box structure, the arc extinguishing chamber adopts the combination of "thermal expansion + assisted blowing" and self-energy arc extinguishing
2)The arc extinguishing chamber is arranged vertically, and the metal particles generated by the opening and closing abrasion settle to the low field strength area at the bottom, effectively avoiding the possibility of insulation flashover caused by the metal particles;

8)Excellent breaking performance
The unique arc extinguishing system enables the circuit breaker to meet harsh operating conditions such as "near-area fault", "out-of-step breaking", "suitable for inductive and capacitive current". The breaking performance is excellent, and the first opening coefficient can reach 1.5, while meeting the requirements of different systems where the neutral point is directly grounded and the neutral point is insulated.

The stable and reliable primary structure, the application of the three-position isolating switch, the disc insulator with the metal outer ring, the high-quality cast aluminum alloy shell and the mechanical-electrical double interlock, not only make the product beautiful in appearance, but also reliable in grounding , No eddy current loss, large safety margin, can meet the test of temperature rise under 110% of rated current and 4 seconds of dynamic thermal stability.

There are few sealing links, the SF6 gas monitoring system is simplified, and the multi-functional integrated self-sealing valve seat is adopted to minimize the possibility of SF6 gas leakage.
