The 110kV power transformer developed and produced by Tianan Electric is a series of products successfully produced through continuous exploration and improvement based on the digestion and absorption of advanced transformer manufacturing technology at home and abroad. The reliability and performance indicators of the products are Reach the domestic advanced level. Among them, the three-phase three-coil on-load tap-changing transformer passed the type test at one time in 2003 and is the first domestic manufacturer to pass all the tests of the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. After continuous improvement and improvement, Tianan has formed a series of transformer products, including 6300～80,000kVA double-winding and three-winding non-excitation voltage-regulating power transformer, 6300～80,000kVA double-winding and three-winding on-load voltage-regulating power transformer.

1）Low loss: No-load loss is about 40% lower than the current national standard GB6451, and load loss is 15% lower than the current national standard GB6451;
2）Low noise: The noise level is below 60dB, which is generally lower than the national standard by nearly 20dB, and meets the power supply needs of my country's urban network residents;
3）Low partial discharge: control the partial discharge below 100pc;
4）Strong short-circuit resistance: The SZ-80000kVA/110kV transformer designed and manufactured by our company has passed the short-circuit withstand ability test of the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
5）Beautiful appearance: fuel tank folded plate corrugated structure, shot blasting and rust removal, powder electrospray paint, wide fin radiator, never fade.
6）Non-leakage: All sealing and stop ports are limited, the upper and lower boxes are sealed along double channels, and all sealing parts are imported.
