6kV–132kV Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Substation
The vehicle-mounted mobile substation is primarily designed for use in emergency situations to replace conventional substations, alleviate insufficient power supply capacity during peak-load seasons, or serve as a temporary substation ready for immediate operation. It can swiftly take over from a standard substation and restore power supply—once the substation arrives on-site, all that’s required is connecting the input and output-side cables before it’s ready to go online. Mobile substations boast several outstanding advantages, including a simple and compact design, easy mobility, reliable performance, straightforward and rapid operation, minimal maintenance needs, and a high degree of Intelligent (intelligent functionality). Additionally, the pre-assembled semi-trailer-mounted mobile substation can be custom-designed according to specific user requirements, allowing it to be configured—either as a single unit, dual units, or even multiple vehicles—to suit the user’s unique operational conditions.
12–40.5 kV Prefabricated Cabin-Type Substation
The 12–40.5kV prefabricated substation is a new product developed by Tianan Electric, based on the State Grid’s core principles of "standardized design, modular combination, factory-prefabrication, and streamlined construction," with the goals of "minimal land use, cost savings, high reliability, and enhanced construction efficiency."
LW39-126 Outdoor AC High-Voltage SF6 Circuit Breaker
The LW39-126 outdoor AC high-voltage porcelain-pole SF6 circuit breaker is designed for use in power systems with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated system voltage of 110 kV. It serves as a key piece of electrical equipment for control and protection in power plants and substations.
XGN49-40.5(24) Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear (C-GIS)
The XGN49 series of indoor gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (C-GIS), hereinafter referred to as the XGN49-40.5(24) gas-insulated cubicle, is a high-tech product independently developed by Tianan Electric. It employs vacuum arc-extinguishing and SF6 gas insulation technology, achieving a technical level that is domestically leading and internationally advanced.
GCS Low-Voltage Switchgear
Suitable for all power generation, distribution, and consumption sites, it plays a crucial role in the power systems of users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, and ports, providing functions like 380V/220V power distribution, system monitoring and protection, as well as control and protection for electrical facilities and equipment.
110kV Power Transformer
The 110kV power transformers developed and produced by Tianan Electric are a successful series of products, created through continuous exploration and refinement—built upon the foundation of assimilating advanced transformer manufacturing technologies from both domestic and international sources, combined with the company's own extensive production experience. As a result, the reliability and performance metrics of these products have all reached domestically advanced levels.
VS1 Series High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker
The VS1 (ZN63A)-type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is switching equipment designed for 12kV power systems, serving as the control and protection unit for electrical facilities in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations. Due to the inherent advantages of vacuum circuit breakers, they are particularly well-suited for applications requiring frequent operations at rated working current or multiple interruptions of short-circuit currents. This circuit breaker complies with the standards GB1984-89 "AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers," JB3855-1996 ("3.6~40.5kV Indoor AC High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers"), DL403-2000 "Technical Specifications for Ordering 10-40.5kV High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers," as well as the relevant requirements outlined in IEC 56 (Publication 87).
