While diligently focusing on business development, Tian'an places great importance on philanthropy, generously contributing to and actively giving back to society.
In 2000, donated 300,000 yuan to education.
In February 2001, a charitable education fund named the "Tianan Group Charity Scholarship Fund" was established with an initial investment of 500,000 yuan. The fund’s growth is used to support outstanding but financially disadvantaged students from all levels and types of schools within the county, helping them pursue their studies. Additionally, all employees were encouraged to participate in donation activities aimed at bolstering educational initiatives.
In September 2002, he donated an additional 2 million yuan to co-found the "Ningbo University Student Aid Fund," initiated by the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League. This fund is dedicated to supporting outstanding yet financially disadvantaged undergraduate and vocational college students across Ningbo, ensuring that none are forced to drop out or abandon their studies due to poverty. Over the past few years, he has also provided tens of thousands of yuan in donations to numerous schools in Xiangshan County, including Chunhui Kindergarten, Government-run Kindergarten, Experimental Primary School, Linhai School, Dancheng No.3 Primary School, Xiangshan Middle School, and Xiangshan No.2 High School—helping these institutions enhance their educational facilities and resources. As a result, he was honored with the "Zhejiang Green Leaf Award."
Since 2000, the company has been partnering with two impoverished villages—Gaotang Township and Dingtang Town—providing annual financial support of over 10,000 yuan each year to help fund and develop public welfare projects in the villages.
In February 2005, the Xiangshan County People's Education Foundation established a "Scholarship Fund," which is now annually awarded to outstanding yet financially disadvantaged middle school students. To date, this scholarship has already benefited numerous students from schools such as Xiangshan Middle School, Xiangshan No. 2 Middle School, and Xiangshan No. 3 Middle School.
The company has been actively exploring ways to expand employment opportunities by establishing Xiangshan Tianfu Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., which has hired over 100 people with disabilities, enabling them to achieve financial independence while also contributing to social stability and economic growth.
In 2005, more than 400,000 yuan was donated to support the county's "Caring Orphans Project" and to sponsor various senior citizen associations. This funding helped cover tuition fees for 438 orphaned children, provided financial assistance to elderly individuals facing hardship, and enabled several local senior citizen groups to enhance their welfare programs.
In 2006, to support poverty alleviation efforts in Xinjiang, a donation of 150,000 yuan was made to alleviate the hardships faced by local residents.
In 2007, a charitable fund was established with an investment of 6 million yuan.
Tian'an has been honored with the title of "Top 10 Charitable Enterprises in Ningbo" and was also selected as one of the "Top 10 New Faces and New Deeds in County Spiritual Civilization Development."
According to preliminary statistics, Tianan Group has already donated 20 million yuan to society, setting an inspiring example as a charitable enterprise in Xiangshan.
