Our company’s after-sales service covers comprehensive support, including equipment installation guidance, commissioning assistance, trial operations, repair and maintenance, as well as customer training. Our goal is to provide customers with a robust product assurance system, ensuring peace of mind throughout their usage experience.

Service Commitment

Quick Response: For any quality issues that arise during product installation or operation, we guarantee to respond within 1 hour of receiving user feedback. If on-site resolution is required, we’ll ensure a professional technician arrives within 12 to 24 hours—and won’t leave until the issue is fully resolved.

Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty policy on all our products. During the warranty period—typically 12 months from the date of manufacture, as specified in your contract—if damage occurs due to equipment quality issues, we’ll provide free replacements. After the warranty expires, we’ll continue to assist customers with equipment repair and maintenance, while also offering essential components and services at the most competitive prices.
