The 1E-class MNS-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a novel, complete low-voltage switchgear assembly developed by Tian’an Electric based on the technology of ABB’s MNS switchgear, with careful assimilation and adaptation to the environmental conditions of nuclear power plants, and fully compliant with the 1E-class requirements for such facilities. The product comprehensively meets the requirements of standards including IEEE 323, IEEE 344, IEC 60439, and GB 7251.1, and is used for 1E-class low-voltage power distribution, as well as for the power supply and control of 1E-class low-voltage loads and other critical systems in nuclear power plants. Under both normal and abnormal operating conditions, it performs functions such as the collection and distribution of 380 V/220 V electrical energy, system monitoring and protection, and the control and protection of electrical installations and equipment. Moreover, it ensures the integrity of these functions under design-basis event conditions throughout the facility’s safe service life, thereby fulfilling essential safety functions.
