The ZBW3-40.5 series prefabricated substation is a complete high-voltage power transformation system that integrates 35 kV high-voltage switchgear, 35/10 (6)/0.4 kV power transformers, 10 kV switchgear, 0.4 kV low-voltage switchgear, DC battery panels, and relay protection panels according to a predetermined configuration. It is available in two structural configurations: integral and modular. The structure is fabricated by welding profiled steel members that have undergone protective treatment into a frame, which is then clad with aluminum alloy panels.

The ZBW3-40.5 series prefabricated substation is a complete high-voltage power transformation system that integrates 35 kV high-voltage electrical equipment, 35/10 (6) (0.4) kV power transformers, 10 kV switchgear, 0.4 kV low-voltage switchgear, DC battery panels, and relay protection panels according to a predetermined configuration. It is available in both integral and modular designs. The structure consists of steel sections that are welded into a frame after protective treatment and then clad with aluminum alloy panels; the roof features a double-layer hollow construction with a sloped surface to prevent water accumulation. The exterior of the enclosure is coated for corrosion protection. Heat dissipation for the power transformer combines natural ventilation with forced ventilation, while the high- and medium-voltage switchgear rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and anti-condensation devices to control temperature and humidity. Lighting fixtures are installed in all functional compartments and passageways to facilitate operation and observation.

5) The entire substation is designed with intelligent automation, employing microcomputer-based integrated automation systems for protection that are installed in a distributed manner, thereby enabling the “four remote” functions.
6) Equipped with a gas relay that provides light-gas alarms and heavy-gas protection, thereby providing gas protection for the system;
7) Factory prefabrication significantly shortens the construction period for substations;
8) Prefabricated substations can reduce investment by 40% to 50% compared with conventional substations of the same capacity.
