The ZBW1-12 series pre-assembled substations are a product line independently designed by Tian’an Electric to meet the requirements of national urban and rural power grid construction. They feature a compact structure, high degree of system integration, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The products comply with the requirements of standards such as DL/T 537 and GB/T 17467.
Scope of application: It can be used in ring-network distribution systems as well as for terminal power supply in dual-source or radial grid configurations. The packaged substation is equipped with an intelligent control unit to meet the requirements of distribution network automation in power systems.
1) Passing the type test at an altitude of 4,000 meters;
2) High-voltage switchgear may be supplied with overhead or cable incoming lines;
3) Compact structure and small footprint: for products of the same capacity, the occupied area is only 1/10 to 1/5 that of a conventional substation.
4) Corrosion-resistant, waterproof, dustproof, fully enclosed, and portable; designed for long-term outdoor use, with a long service life and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
5) The entire substation is designed with intelligent automation, employing microcomputer-based integrated automation systems for protection that are installed in a distributed manner, thereby enabling the “four remote” functions.
6) Equipped with a gas relay that provides light-gas alarms and heavy-gas protection, thereby providing gas protection for the system;
7) Factory prefabrication significantly shortens the construction period for substations;
8) Prefabricated substations can reduce investment by 40% to 50% compared with conventional substations of the same capacity.
