Detailed introduction:

The ZBW1 series of high- and low-voltage prefabricated substations is a product line independently designed by our factory to meet the needs of urban grid construction. It features a compact structure, strong system integration, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The equipment is widely used in high-rise buildings, residential communities, railway stations, docks, ports, parks, shopping malls, industrial and mining enterprises, and other settings. It can be employed in ring-network distribution systems as well as serve as a radial-grid terminal power supply. In 1991, this product was the first in China to pass joint appraisal by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics and the Ministry of Energy, with performance reaching the advanced domestic level.

Terms of Use:

◇Altitude not exceeding 1000 m;

◇Ambient temperature: maximum 40°C, minimum -25°C

The highest monthly average temperature shall not exceed 35°C.

The annual average maximum temperature does not exceed 25°C:

◇Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%; ◇Maximum daily temperature difference: 25°C

◇Solar irradiance: 0.1 W/cm² (wind speed 0.5 m/s):

◇ Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35 m/s;

◇Contamination Level: Level III;

◇Rainproof rating: Level 3:

◇ The installation site shall have a tilt of no more than 3 degrees:

◇Seismic resistance: ground horizontal acceleration of 0.2g

Ground vertical acceleration: 0.19;

◇Installation location: A location free from fire and explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, and violent vibration.

If the above usage conditions cannot be met, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.

Box structure:

  1. The substation framework is fabricated from galvanized channel and angle steel, providing adequate mechanical strength and rigidity.
  2. The enclosure material shall be cold-rolled steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, aluminum alloy sheet, composite color-coated sheet, or glass-fiber-reinforced cement board.
  3. Each room in the substation is separated from the others by steel partitions to form independent compartments, and each compartment is equipped with lighting.
  4. The substation roof features a double-layer structure that effectively prevents thermal radiation from raising the indoor temperature while providing excellent ventilation.
  5. An automatic ventilation system is installed on the roof of the transformer room to control the room temperature.
  6. The enclosure color is customizable to harmonize with the surrounding environment.
