The GXGT1-12 (XGN108-12) solid-insulated ring main unit is a high-performance, environmentally friendly 12 kV switchgear independently developed by Tian’an Electric. It combines vacuum arc extinction with solid insulation technology. All live components are fully sealed within an APG injection-molded epoxy resin enclosure, and adjacent cabinets are interconnected via plug-in solid-insulated busbars, ensuring that the entire switchgear is completely immune to external environmental influences.
The GXGT1-12 solid-insulated ring main unit comprises three basic functional units: a load switch cabinet, a combined electrical apparatus cabinet, and a circuit breaker cabinet. It is suitable for 10 kV three-phase AC 50 Hz single-busbar systems and serves as equipment for receiving and distributing electrical energy, with built-in functions for line control, protection, monitoring, and communication.
1) Rated current up to 1250 A; breaking capacity of 25 kA.
2) External dimensions: 400 × 750 × 1500;
3) Environmentally friendly, with no greenhouse gases such as SF6;
4) Each unit is independent and does not share a common enclosure;
5) Equipped with a grounding observation window for the three-position isolating switch;
6) A fuse-based solution is in place, and the fuse is equipped with auxiliary grounding.
7) Flexible expansion is achievable through plug-in insulated busbars.
