The HXGT6A-12(24) indoor gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is a next-generation ring-main unit independently developed by Tian’an Electric. It is rated for 12 kV (24 kV). Building on the company’s existing HXGT6-12 air-insulated ring-main cabinet technology, this product represents a significant upgrade and represents an outstanding achievement. It successfully passed type tests at the Xi’an National High-Voltage Electrical Apparatus Testing Center in May 2016 and has also obtained TÜV Rheinland certification.
All high-voltage live components of the product are sealed within a stainless-steel enclosure filled with SF6 gas at a low gauge pressure (0.02–0.04 MPa at 20°C, IP67), thereby protecting them from external environmental conditions such as condensation, contamination, and small animals, and enabling their use in harsh environments.

2) Conducted a 4,000-meter high-altitude test;
3) Rated current: 630 A to 1250 A;
4) The external dimensions of a single bay are 350 × 820 × 1600.
5) Fully functional, featuring three types of functional units: load switch, combined electrical apparatus, and circuit breaker;
6) The load switch adopts an arc-extinguishing grid-cooled structure, providing strong arc-extinguishing capability;
7) The operating mechanism adopts a self-designed, mature modular unit structure combined with a three-position isolation mechanism, offering strong versatility and reliability.
8) The isolation gap of the three-position isolating switch shall be visible;
9) Annual leakage rate is less than 0.1%;
10) Supports various expansion methods and enables common-box arrangement.
