The XGN75-12 indoor gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the XGN75-12 SF6 switchgear) is a high-tech product independently developed by Tian’an Electric, employing vacuum arc extinction and SF6 gas insulation technology. Its technical level is among the leading domestically and advanced internationally. All high-voltage live components are sealed within a stainless-steel enclosure filled with SF6 gas at a relatively low gauge pressure of 0.03–0.05 MPa at 20°C (IP67 rating). The main switch is a spring-operated vacuum circuit breaker equipped with a three-position isolating earthing switch. The product exhibits stable insulation performance and is particularly well suited for harsh environments such as high altitudes, severe cold, high humidity, and polluted conditions. Moreover, its compact footprint makes it ideal for sites with limited land availability.
1) The rated current can reach 3,150 A, and the rated short-circuit breaking current can reach 40 kA;
2) External dimensions: 500 × 1200 × 2300 mm;
3) Vacuum arc extinction and SF6 gas insulation are employed;
