VS1 Series High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The VS1 (ZN63A) indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is switching equipment designed for 12 kV power systems, serving as the control and protection unit for electrical installations in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations. Owing to the inherent superior performance of vacuum circuit breakers, they are particularly well suited for applications requiring frequent operation at rated current or repeated interruption of short-circuit currents. This circuit breaker complies with the requirements of GB 1984-89 “Alternating-Current High-Voltage Circuit Breakers,” JB 3855-1996 “Indoor AC High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers, 3.6–40.5 kV,” and DL 403-2000 “Technical Specifications for Ordering High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers, 10–40.5 kV,” as well as the relevant requirements of IEC 56 (Publication 87).

The VS1 (ZN63A) indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is switchgear designed for 12 kV power systems, serving as the control and protection device for electrical installations in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, and substations. Owing to the inherent advantages of vacuum circuit breakers, they are particularly well suited for applications requiring frequent operation at rated current or repeated interruption of short-circuit currents. This circuit breaker complies with the requirements of GB 1984-89 “AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers,” JB 3855-1996 “Indoor AC High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers, 3.6–40.5 kV,” and DL 403-2000 “Technical Specifications for Ordering 10–40.5 kV High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers,” as well as the relevant requirements of IEC 56 (publication No. 87). The circuit breaker features an integrated design that combines the operating mechanism with the breaker body, arranged in a front-to-back split configuration, and incorporates reliable interlocking functions. It can be installed as a fixed unit or mounted on a chassis to form a handcart unit.
