TANW1 Intelligent Universal Low-Voltage Circuit Breaker
The TANW1 series circuit breaker is suitable for use in low-voltage distribution networks operating at 50Hz, with rated voltages of 400V/690V, and rated current ranges from 630A to 6300A. It can distribute electrical energy and protect lines, transformers, motors, and other equipment from hazards such as overload, short circuit, undervoltage, and grounding faults. It serves as the main switch or an important branch switch in low-voltage distribution systems. Equipped with an intelligent controller, it offers higher protection accuracy, more protection functions, and enhanced communication expansion capabilities compared to traditional circuit breakers. It is widely used in distribution scenarios such as factories, commercial buildings, data centers, and municipal engineering projects

Core structure and functional characteristics:
1. Intelligent controller (core component)
The circuit breaker is equipped with a dedicated intelligent controller, which possesses the following functions:
Protection functions: long-time delay overload protection, short-time delay short circuit protection, instantaneous short circuit protection, grounding/electric leakage protection, undervoltage/loss of voltage protection, single-phase grounding fault protection, etc. All protection parameters can be adjusted on site.
Measurement and display: Real-time display of electrical parameters such as three-phase current, voltage, power, frequency, and electric energy, with support for fault recording and querying.
Communication expansion: Optional communication interfaces such as RS485 and Modbus can be equipped to connect to the power distribution monitoring system, enabling remote monitoring, telecommand, and remote regulation.
Alarm and self-diagnosis: Pre-alarm for faults, self-diagnosis of controller faults, enhancing system reliability.
2. Structural characteristics
Modular design: The main structure is divided into four major modules: contact arc-extinguishing system, operating mechanism, intelligent controller, and drawer seat (drawer type), ensuring convenient maintenance.
High-breaking arc extinguishing system: It adopts a grid-type arc extinguishing chamber to quickly extinguish arcs, possesses high breaking capacity, and can withstand severe short-circuit current impacts.
Optional drawer type: The drawer-type structure supports three-position switching: "test position / connection position / disconnection position", allowing for online external maintenance, thereby enhancing the safety and maintainability of the power distribution system.
Rich accessories: It can be equipped with shunt release, undervoltage release, auxiliary switch, alarm switch, mechanical interlock, electrical interlock, etc., to adapt to different power distribution scheme requirements.
Applicable scenarios:
1.The main incoming switch and bus tie switch of the low-voltage distribution room/distribution cabinet
2.Low-voltage power distribution systems in important places such as factories, commercial buildings, hospitals, and data centers
3.Main protection switches for equipment such as generators, transformers, and large motors
4.Three-phase four-wire/three-phase five-wire distribution system (4P model)
