High- and low-voltage windings are wound in a single layer using copper wire or copper foil, depending on the winding capacity.
Made of high-quality epoxy resin combined with glass fiber composite material.
The core is made of high-permeability, low-loss, cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets.
The 1E-class SC(B)10 resin-insulated dry-type power transformer, designed in accordance with nuclear safety standards such as IEEE 323 and IEEE 344, successfully passed an aging test equivalent to a 40-year operational life in 2009 and, when installed together with low-voltage switchgear, also passed seismic qualification testing.
The product boasts low losses, compact size, light weight, low noise, moisture resistance, dirt resistance, crack resistance, impact resistance, flame retardancy, strong overload capability, and minimal partial discharge.
This product features a well-optimized design and is simple and convenient to operate and monitor. When equipped with the BDVWK series automatic temperature monitoring and control system for dry-type transformers, it can provide functions such as over-temperature alarm, automatic trip on overheating, and automatic start/stop of cooling fans, thereby providing a robust guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the transformer.
