The 220 kV power transformers developed and manufactured by Tian’an Electric adopt the folded-plate oil tank structure used in the 110 kV models, resulting in a more rational product design that facilitates on-site installation and core-exposure inspection. Leveraging the company’s many years of experience in transformer design and manufacturing, the products achieve internationally advanced levels of reliability and performance. Through continuous refinement and improvement, a comprehensive product series has been established, encompassing three-phase dual-winding and three-winding no-load tap-changing transformers, on-load tap-changing transformers, and autotransformers, among others.

2) Reduce load losses through accurate leakage flux calculation.

5) The use of high-quality oxygen-free copper windings, self-bonding transposed conductors, and six-sided core positioning ensures the product’s high mechanical strength.
6) The laminations are made from high-quality, high-performance Hi-B silicon steel sheets, cut using a CNC-controlled GEORG core-cutting line, and subjected to rounding and finishing treatments.
7) Fully enclosed fuel tank with a specially designed sealing structure, ensuring a service life of 30 years and maintenance-free operation.
8) Advanced coal-gas-phase drying equipment is used to thoroughly dry the transformer, and a full-vacuum oil-filling process is employed to ensure the insulation performance of both the insulating components and the transformer oil, thereby significantly enhancing the transformer’s safety and reliability.
