The locally state-owned Xiangshan High-Voltage Electrical Appliance Factory was restructured into Ningbo Tian'an, and the Ningbo Tian'an Group was officially established. Two large factory buildings in the new facility have already begun production. Meanwhile, the company's Party committee was also formed. That same year, the company achieved a production value exceeding 100 million yuan for the first time.
