Xiangshan Automobile and Ningbo Automobile have successfully passed the acceptance inspection for their digital transformation.

Xiangshan Automobile and Ningbo Automobile have successfully passed the acceptance check for their digital transformation, advancing side by side toward a new stage of intelligent manufacturing.

Recently, Xiangshan Automobile and Ningbo Automobile successfully passed the digitalization construction acceptance tests conducted by government authorities and expert panels on May 29 and June 19, respectively. This marks a key breakthrough in the Group’s digital transformation strategy and sets a new benchmark for the intelligent upgrading of the industry.

This digital transformation covers three core systems:

ERP Side: Integrates end-to-end management modules covering foundational data, procurement, sales, warehousing, production planning, print approval, finance, and reporting, thereby achieving integrated business and financial management.

MES end: Covers functions such as factory modeling, production scheduling, equipment monitoring, LED light-up call systems, mold and auxiliary material management, quality traceability, industrial control terminals, and MIN-screen visualization, thereby building a transparent production system.

WMS side: Build a supplier collaboration portal, optimize inventory management, inbound and outbound processes, and supporting functions, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

Among them, Ningbo Auto, as a digital benchmark, has innovatively introduced Hikvision’s intelligent logistics robots and a three-dimensional warehouse system, complemented by a robot control system (RCS) and a warehouse control system (WCS) platform, thereby achieving end-to-end automation of warehousing and logistics processes and providing the industry with a new “intelligent manufacturing” paradigm.

During the acceptance process, the expert panel assessed the entire process through a combination of "listening to reports, watching demonstrations, and inspecting the site."

  1. Project Report: Listen to the report on the digitalization construction plan, implementation roadmap, and achieved results.
  2. System Demonstration: In-depth verification of the functional synergy and data interconnection among ERP, MES, and WMS modules;
  3. On-site verification: On-site random inspections were conducted to assess the execution of production work orders, equipment operation, and smart warehousing operations. The automotive parts digitalization team earned high recognition for its professional answers and efficient responses, successfully passing the acceptance inspection.

Digital transformation is not an overnight achievement. Starting with the successful completion of acceptance tests, Xiangshan Auto and Ningbo Auto will continue to deepen the implementation of their strategies, strengthen their technological foundation, and accelerate their journey toward fully digitalized and intelligent factories, thereby injecting new momentum into the group’s high-quality development.
