— Ningbo Tian’an’s latest batch of custom-made distribution transformers has been dispatched to Zambia.
In mid-June, a batch of custom-designed and manufactured distribution transformers from Ningbo Tian’an Zhishuo Transformer was successfully packed and loaded onto trucks, officially departing for Zambia. The shipment includes models in multiple ratings—2,000 kVA, 1,250 kVA, and 200 kVA—providing robust power‑equipment support for the local grid’s infrastructure upgrade and marking the start of a new wave of concentrated deliveries for the company’s overseas orders in Africa.
The distribution transformers shipped this time were specially developed to meet the demanding operating conditions in Zambia—high temperatures, arid climate, and dusty outdoor environments. Leveraging mature manufacturing processes, the overall structural design has been optimized, effectively reducing no-load and load losses while enhancing the equipment’s thermal resistance, dust‑proofing, and ability to withstand voltage fluctuations. The units deliver stable, reliable performance, feature an extended maintenance‑free service life, and are highly suited to local outdoor power‑use scenarios.
