Recently, Ningbo Tian’an Equipment Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2025 Annual Summary Conference. Centered around the core theme of “Addressing Challenges and Resolving Difficulties,” the conference not only reviewed past achievements and analyzed development challenges but also clarified future directions and strengthened team cohesion, laying a solid foundation for the company’s journey ahead in the coming year.
At the meeting, Huang Kun, General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding speech, comprehensively reviewing the remarkable achievements the company has made in 2025 in areas such as business development and the advancement of key projects. He highly praised the hard work and selfless dedication of all employees. At the same time, drawing on industry trends and the market environment, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges currently facing the company, and expressed firm confidence in the company’s prospects for 2026. Department managers also candidly shared, based on their day-to-day work, the difficulties and challenges they’ve encountered in advancing current business operations, and expressed their hope that through coordinated efforts at the company level, they could obtain targeted solutions.
Chairman Jiang Shanwen succinctly summarized the development of Tian’an Engineering Company in 2025 with the phrase, “There are losses as well as gains; turning danger into safety.” Regarding the development plan for 2026, the Chairman put forward clear requirements: First, strengthen talent support by expanding the sales team and intensifying efforts to select outstanding project managers. A dedicated person should be assigned to oversee recruitment activities, thereby optimizing talent resources to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Second, break through business bottlenecks by concentrating resources on aggressively expanding general contracting business, thus propelling the company’s development to a new level.
After the meeting concluded, the warm and lively annual celebration event proceeded as scheduled. To the sound of cheerful music, colleagues raised their glasses, toasted to each other, exchanged heartfelt wishes, and shared stories about their work experiences and insights into life. The tacit understanding and camaraderie they’ve cultivated through working side by side on a daily basis deepened further amid laughter and joy, and the team’s sense of unity continued to strengthen in this relaxed and joyful atmosphere.
