As August begins, Tianan Group's Box-Type Substation Division has seen a dramatic surge in delivery orders. Despite facing challenges such as heavy order volumes and a wide variety of production models, the entire team managed to achieve a monthly output value exceeding 35.6368 million yuan.
Since the beginning of 2020, the Box Substation Division has been swamped with a flood of orders, operating at full capacity almost continuously. During the day, the workshop buzzes with relentless activity, while at night, its lights stay brightly on, illuminating every corner. To meet tight delivery deadlines, assembly workers and cable-laying teams have even sacrificed their weekends—and evenings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays—to spend time with their families or care for their children. And when urgent shipments arise on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or weekend nights? No problem—everyone rolls up their sleeves and works overtime to keep pace, quietly pouring their sweat into their respective roles. Meanwhile, production leaders remain steadfastly on the shop floor, constantly overseeing and coordinating operations to ensure smooth workflow. Meanwhile, planners and warehouse staff work hand-in-hand with the workshop, proactively tracking down and securing all necessary components and purchased parts ahead of schedule for upcoming deliveries. Meanwhile, designers are working tirelessly, completing product designs well in advance to free up valuable time for subsequent production stages. Thanks to the seamless collaboration among all employees—each playing their part with unwavering dedication—the company consistently delivers high-quality products to customers on time, every single time.
