The company has specially established The "Pathfinder Pioneer" award was presented to recognize employees who have made significant contributions to Tianan. During the inaugural ceremony of the "Pathfinder Pioneer" award, the chairman personally handed out the certificates. The first group of recipients—Cai Zhiming, Lu Weidong, Chen Yinhui, Liu Hongjun, Wang Bangci, Wu Renwu, Wu Xiting, Pan Jianjun, and Li Song—were honored as the pioneering trailblazers.
