Tianan Electric has successfully developed and produced a series of 110kV power transformers, leveraging advanced domestic and international transformer manufacturing technologies while drawing on the company’s extensive production experience. Through continuous innovation and refinement, these products now boast reliability and performance metrics that meet— and in many cases exceed—China’s cutting-edge industry standards. Notably, the company’s three-phase, three-winding on-load tap-changing transformer passed its type tests flawlessly in 2003, making Tianan the first domestic manufacturer to fully satisfy all testing requirements set by the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Since then, Tianan has further refined and expanded its product lineup, introducing a comprehensive range of transformers, including 6,300–80,000 kVA two- and three-winding off-load tap-changing power transformers, as well as 6,300–80,000 kVA two- and three-winding on-load tap-changing power transformers.
Product applications: Power plants, substations, and large industrial and mining enterprises
 1) Low Losses: No-load losses are approximately 40% lower than the current national standard GB6451, while load losses are 15% lower than the same standard. 
 2) Low Noise: The noise level is as low as 60 dB or below, representing a nearly 20-dB reduction compared to the national standard, thus meeting the power supply needs of urban residential areas in China. 
 3) Low Partial Discharge: Partial discharge levels kept below 100 pC; 
 4) Strong short-circuit resistance: The SZ-80000 kVA / 110 kV transformer, independently designed and manufactured by our company, has successfully passed the short-circuit withstand capability test conducted by the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. 
 5) Beautiful design: Fuel tank features a corrugated, folded-plate structure, shot-blasted rust removal, and powder-coated electrostatic spraying—plus a wide, fin-type radiator that stays vibrant and fade-free forever. 
 6) Leak-proof: All sealing edges feature limit stops, and the upper and lower box rims are equipped with double-seal channels. All seals are sourced from reputable suppliers.
