In August 2026, the SFZ‑20000/33‑11 three-phase oil‑immersed on‑load tap‑changing power transformer, independently designed and manufactured by Ningbo Tian’an, together with nine KYN61‑40.5/1250A‑31.5kA armored withdrawable high‑voltage switchgear units, will be officially packed and shipped after completing the full set of factory acceptance tests, and will be delivered to the Zambia project site by sea.

Venturing overseas to deepen energy infrastructure development in East Africa, Ningbo Tian’an has dispatched four 110kV transformers in batches to the NYAMATA Substation in Rwanda.

In June–July 2026, four 110 kV oil-immersed power transformers (rated at 20 MVA and 30 MVA), independently developed and manufactured by Ningbo Tian’an Electric, along with a complete set of accompanying components, will be loaded onto ships in batches at the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai. The equipment will then be shipped across the ocean to Kigali, Rwanda, where it will be deployed as part of the new construction and upgrade project at the NYAMATA Substation, providing comprehensive support for the expansion and modernization of the Rwandan capital’s core power grid and ensuring a continuous, stable power supply to urban districts.

In mid-June, a batch of custom-designed and manufactured distribution transformers from Ningbo Tian’an Zhishuo Transformer was successfully packed and loaded onto trucks, officially departing for Zambia. The shipment includes models in multiple ratings—2,000 kVA, 1,250 kVA, and 200 kVA—providing robust power‑equipment support to upgrade the local grid infrastructure and marking the start of a new wave of concentrated deliveries for the company’s overseas orders in Africa.

On May 25, 2026, Ningbo Tian’an successfully completed the online Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for ten sets of C‑GIS fully enclosed gas-insulated switchgear custom‑designed for a customer, and received formal approval for shipment. In response to the specific operating conditions and environmental requirements at the Eastern European power plant site, we tailored an optimized packaging solution, and our expert recommendations were highly commended by the customer. Following meticulous packaging, Tian’an’s commercial team conducted real-time on‑site photography throughout the process, enabling the customer to track packaging progress in real time. Currently, this batch of equipment has been fully assembled in Ningbo and dispatched to the project site.
