HXGT10-40.5 indoor gas-insulated metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as HXGT10-40.5 inflatable ring main unit) is a high-tech product independently developed by Tianan Electric that uses SF6 gas insulation technology, and its technical level has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level. . The load switch type inflatable cabinet and the circuit breaker type inflatable cabinet were awarded the "National Key New Product" certificate twice in 2007 and 2011 respectively.
All the high-voltage live components of HXGT10-40.5 inflatable ring main unit are sealed in a stainless steel box (IP67) filled with slightly positive pressure (0.02～0.04MPa gauge pressure, 20℃) SF6 gas. The inflatable cabinet has three structures of C, F, and V. Among them, the C and F inflatable cabinets use SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulating medium, and adopt the principle of slightly positive pressure SF6 compressed air arc extinguishing. The requirements are small; the V-type inflatable cabinet adopts the vacuum arc extinguishing principle, which has the advantages of strong breaking capacity and long electrical life.
