The YBT13-40.5 series of wind power/photovoltaic Chinese box substation is a novel wind power/photovoltaic substation product developed by Tianan Electric by fully combining the advantages of wind power/photovoltaic American box substation miniaturization and European box substation energy to achieve power distribution automation requirements. . The product integrates step-up transformer (axial double split body transformer), high-voltage vacuum switch, lightning arrester, intelligent low-voltage vacuum circuit breaker and corresponding auxiliary equipment in one to boost the 690V (270V) voltage generated by wind (photovoltaic) power generation devices After reaching the voltage level of 35kV, the electric energy is output through the cable line, which is an ideal supporting equipment for wind power (photovoltaic) power generation system. It is the earliest research and development, production and put into operation in the country, and the most put into operation in the market.
Scope of application: wind farms, photovoltaic power plants
1）Passed the prototype test at an altitude of 3,500 meters;
2）The structure is compact and miniaturized, and the area of the product with the same capacity (below 1600kVA) is only 58% of the European box substation;
3）The main heating element (transformer body) is placed outdoors, and the rest of the electrical appliances are placed in a metal box with protection class IP54;
4）There are three options for high-voltage units: vacuum load switch-fuse combination electrical appliances, vacuum circuit breakers or C-GIS;
5）Installed with gas relay, with light gas alarm, heavy gas protection, gas protection for the system;
6）Rain and snow, sand and dust, corrosion, fully enclosed, with long-term outdoor use conditions;
